class LibGeoDecomp::Stencils::VonNeumannDimDelta< DIM, RADIUS, Z_OFFSET >

The VonNeumann stencil's diamond shape is sadly more complex than the Moore stencil.

Given a relative coordinate, we need a way to calculate the index of the corresponding pointer in the pointer array. This class aids by computing the offset in the most significant dimension (e.g. the Z dimension for 3D or the Y dimension for 2D).
